  Hi, well-educated, sophiscated people all over the world, it is the best opportunity to visit Kyoto NOW!  Since the ignorant those who don't know how far away Kyoto is from those damaged nuclear power plants are all scared away from Japan.  I'm sure that you, well-educated people, can gather information that confirms Kyoto is intact.  You can enjoy Kyoto better without being bothered by the noisy ignorant who can't understand what radiation is all about.
